Frida is getting ready for Spring! 🌷 And with that comes some ✨redesign✨ within our Haus.

Today I sat down with resident Diviner & Herbalist Rissa Miller to discuss and plan upcoming talks, workshops, and more Sweet Nightmares.

We are so looking forward to future offerings. Our beautiful late morning was full of wonderful things, positive energy, and creative flow!
